Our restaurant team is currently finalizing the remodeling of the entire via, recreating Le Bilboquet’s iconic bistro ambiance to offer guests the unique dining experience which Philippe Delgrange has become famous for.  This season, New Yorkers leaving their homes in the Hamptons and flats in the city will continue to enjoy the bistro classics such as the signature Foie Gras, Poulet Cajun, Tuna Tartare, Endives Roquefort, and Sag Harbor’s favorite Moules Marinières, and Beef Tartare with Frites!
